Job Title: Software Engineer
Job Description:
- Analyze the company’s business requirement and strategic vision by developing appropriate software solutions, i.e., online college counselling service and one-stop solution through Smart Learning Platform;
- Collect data and refine needs via onsite in-depth interviews with domestic and international high school and college students, integrate and categorize into software specifications and requirements, and improvement user experience;
- Design create and continuously improve the algorithm based Smart Learning Platform for standardized tests preparation, apply Machine Learning, Neutral Networks, Data Science and Deep Learning techniques into a real application;
- Utilize various coding languages to develop, implement, and maintain Smart Learning Platform, migrate web-based software to mobile platform, design maintain and solve databases issues;
- Create and maintain company’s official website and related mail, blog and BBS, be responsible for expanding and scaling site;
- Troubleshoot and program to troubleshoot server, desktop environments and communication systems related to the software eco-systems of Smart Learning Platform;
- Provide references for use of the software by writing and maintaining user documentation; maintaining a help desk.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science;
- At least one-year working experience as a software engineer
- High proficiency in multiple software programs, languages, and the underlying logic;
- Highly detail-oriented and organized in work;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
